Who We Are
Sanctuary Abode has been dealing with real estate for over 15 years. Our CEO/Mgr. is Steven Kish. Steven has been a long-term active member of the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound, and is currently serving in an officer position. We have helped many property owners with unwanted property who were glad to be able to sell instead. We are not an agency, and only have a desire to purchase instead of list properties. Even if you are just searching for information about your options, we are happy to help give you direction.
We founded Sanctuary Abode as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land.
Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.
Sanctuary Abode is based in the Seattle area, however, we are currently buying properties throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana and other areas too.
How We Work With Property Owners
Many of our Customers had plans for their property, but those plans changed. At the end of the day, our mission is to help put vacant land into peoples hands who are able to use them for their best and highest use. Working with both land owners and land buyers every day, we love to help you as the land owner turn your unwanted land into cash that you can put to better use elsewhere. And we love working with land buyers to help their vision come to life with that new piece of land.
